At Melodia Designs, we want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—with clarity, care, and a smooth return process.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely enchanted with your Melos, we gladly accept returns, store credit, or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Just pop a note in your return package with the following:

  • Your name & order number

  • What you’re returning

  • Whether you'd like a return, exchange, or store credit

For exchanges:
List up to three replacement options (style, color, and size), and we’ll do our best based on availability.


🧼 Return Guidelines

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags and accessories attached

  • Postmarked within 30 days of delivery


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

  • Final Sale or discounted items (unless purchased with a full-price coupon code)

  • Undergarments

  • International orders

  • Items showing wear, damage, or signs of alteration


💸 Refunds

  • Processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return

  • Credited back to your original payment method

  • If that’s not possible, we’ll issue store credit


📬 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • For domestic exchanges, please include:

    • $10.00 (cash or money order) for the first item

    • $3.00 for each additional item

    • No personal checks, please

🧾 Promotion Adjustments

If your return causes your original order to fall below the minimum threshold for a promotion (e.g., free shipping or multi-style discounts), your refund or credit will be adjusted accordingly.
